Prompts & Personas
These help you control the chatbot behaviour including sticking to its knowledge base.
Prompts:
This is where you can control the behaviour of your chatbot. You can either use the basic default prompt or the restricted prompt. The restricted prompt helps you train the chatbot on only a restricted set of data. This is the setting we recommend to tailor your chatbot to your business needs. In case you want to add a custom prompt for your chatbot, simply scroll down and click on Add New Prompt. Once you are happy with your prompt preferences click on Save Changes. Below is an example of a custom prompt.
Personas:
Do you want your chatbot to be polite and friendly or do you want it to be inspirational? Choose the persona of your chatbot to best suit your business needs from here. You can select from a list of personas, and if you want your chatbot to have a different persona simply scroll down and click on Add New Persona, follow the instructions on the screen and voila!
