Track your consumption across all plan limits.

Quota tracking

Monitor usage for:
  • Messages - Total conversations handled (GPT-4.1 + GPT-4.1 mini)
  • Chatbots - Number of active chatbots
  • Web pages - URLs trained on
  • Files - Documents uploaded
  • Team members - Users with access
Each metric shows:
  • Current usage
  • Plan limit
  • Percentage consumed
  • Days remaining in billing cycle

Billing history

Access your complete payment history and view past invoices showing:
  • Date - When the payment was processed
  • Amount - Total charged
  • Status - Paid, pending, or failed
  • Invoice - Download PDF receipt

Downloading invoices

  1. Scroll to Billing History
  2. Find the invoice you need
  3. Click Download PDF
  4. Save for your records

Upgrading your plan

Increase your limits by upgrading:
  1. Click Upgrade Plan
  2. Compare available plans
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Choose billing cycle (monthly/annual)
  5. Confirm upgrade
Upgrade benefits:
  • Immediate access to new limits
  • Prorated billing for current cycle
  • No service interruption
Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly.

Downgrading your plan

Reduce costs by downgrading:
  1. Click Change Plan
  2. Select a lower tier
  3. Review new limits
  4. Confirm downgrade
Important:
  • Downgrade takes effect at next billing cycle
  • Ensure usage fits within new limits
  • Excess chatbots must be deleted before downgrade
  • No refunds for unused time on current plan

Updating payment method

Change your credit card or payment details:
  1. Navigate to Current Plan
  2. Click Update Payment Method
  3. Enter new payment information in the Paddle checkout
  4. Confirm the update
Supported payment methods:
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Debit cards

Failed payments

If a payment fails:
  1. You’ll receive an email notification
  2. Update your payment method
  3. Retry the payment
  4. Contact support if issues persist
After 3 failed payment attempts:
  • Your account is suspended
  • Chatbots stop responding
  • Data is preserved for 30 days
  • Reactivate by updating payment

Canceling your subscription

To cancel your SiteGPT subscription:

Select reason

Select a cancellation reason (helps us improve)

Confirm

Confirm cancellation
What happens:
  • Subscription continues until end of billing period
  • No further charges
  • Access to paid features until period ends
  • Account reverts to free plan (if available)
  • Data is preserved

Reactivating

Reactivate anytime:
  1. Navigate to Billing
  2. Click Reactivate Subscription
  3. Select a plan
  4. Enter payment information
  5. Confirm reactivation
