Open Billing in the top navigation to:- Upgrade or change plans. Checkout and payment are handled by Paddle, our payments partner; cards and common local methods are supported, and annual billing is cheaper than monthly.
- See invoices and receipts. Paddle emails receipts for every charge.
- Add-ons. Optional extras (like removing the “Powered by SiteGPT” branding and message packs) are listed on the Billing page with current prices.
- Cancel. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period; your chatbots keep working until then.
The Billing page also shows your account API key; API access is
included from the Growth plan up and the key appears automatically.
That key is for the legacy v0 API; new integrations should use scoped
tokens from the Agents page.
Common billing questions
What happens when I hit my message quota?
What happens when I hit my message quota?
Your chatbot keeps answering — on a paid plan we never cut off your
visitors mid-cycle. The extra messages simply show on your Usage
page. To stay within your plan, upgrade or add a message pack from
the Billing page; quotas reset at the next billing cycle. (Free-trial
chatbots do pause at the trial limit until you upgrade.)
What happens if a payment fails?
What happens if a payment fails?
Paddle retries failed payments and emails you. Sort out the payment
method promptly to avoid interruption; your data is not deleted because
of a failed payment.
Do unused messages roll over?
Do unused messages roll over?
