The Quick Prompts and Follow-up Prompts features are helpful when it comes to complicated questions like the pricing of your offerings or the specifications of your products.

This feature allows you to offer personalised questions.

You can add a pre-set text or a link as a quick prompt.

For example, Let’s say you want the chatbot to reply with a message or open a link when the customer asks how to contact customer support. To do this, simply click on the Quick Prompts section under the Customizations header on the right-hand menu.

Add Text:

To add a pre-set text as the reply to the contact customer support question, select Prompt and add your text in the Prompt Box. Remember to add the title in the title box.

To automatically open a link as the reply to the contact customer support question, select Link and add your link in the given box. Remember to add the title in the title box.
