You can add a pre-set text or a link as a quick prompt.

section under the Customizations
header on the right-hand menu.

Add Text:
To add a pre-set text as the reply to the contact customer support question, selectPrompt
and add your text in the Prompt Box. Remember to add the title in the title box.
Add Link:
To automatically open a link as the reply to the contact customer support question, selectLink
and add your link in the given box. Remember to add the title in the title box.
