Your SiteGPT profile contains your account information and personal preferences. Access it from the account menu in the top-right corner of your dashboard.

Accessing your profile

Sign in

Go to SiteGPT and click Sign in to access your account.

Open profile

Once signed in, click your avatar or name in the top-right corner, then select Profile.

Name

Update your display name:
  1. Enter your new name in the name field
  2. Click Save Changes
Your name appears in:
  • Team member lists
  • Chat history (when acting as an agent)
  • Account settings

Avatar

Upload a profile picture:
  1. Click Avatar to select an image from your computer
  2. Click Save Changes to update your profile
  3. To remove your avatar, click Remove below your current picture
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF

Email address

Your email address is used for:
  • Account login
  • Billing communications
  • Password resets
To change your email address, contact support@sitegpt.ai with your current and new email addresses.
