1. If you only wish to delete a particular chatbot, open that chatbot’s dashboard, go to Settings, and click on Delete Chatbot.
    But remember, once you delete a chatbot, you can no longer access its message history.
  2. If you want to change your plan, go to Billing to explore a plan that would be the most suitable.
