You can delete individual chatbots from your account when you no longer need them. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting a chatbot

Open chatbot

Open the chatbot you want to delete

Navigate to settings

Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar

Scroll to bottom

Scroll to the bottom of the settings page

Delete

Click Delete Chatbot

Confirm

Confirm the deletion when prompted
Deleting a chatbot is permanent. You will lose:
  • All conversation history
  • Training data and content
  • Custom responses (Q&A)
  • Appearance customizations
  • Team member access
  • Integration configurations
This action cannot be undone.

Before deleting

Export important data before deletion:
  • Chat history - Download conversation transcripts
  • Leads - Export collected lead information
  • Custom responses - Save your Q&A pairs
  • Settings - Document your configuration
If you might need the chatbot later:
  • Remove the embed code from your website
  • Revoke team member access
  • Keep the chatbot inactive in your account
If you’re deleting to reduce costs:
  • Downgrade to a lower plan
  • Contact support about pausing your subscription
  • Explore alternative pricing options

After deletion

Once deleted:
  • The chatbot is immediately removed from your account
  • The embed code stops working on your website
  • All data associated with the chatbot is permanently deleted
  • Your subscription quota is updated
