Click any chatbot to open its dashboard and access all management features.
Creating a new chatbot
- Click Create New Chatbot on your chatbots page
- Enter a name for your chatbot
- Add a description (optional)
- Click Create
- Begin training your chatbot on your content
The number of chatbots you can create depends on your subscription plan. Upgrade to create more chatbots.

Duplicating chatbots
Create a copy of an existing chatbot:- Open the chatbot you want to duplicate
- Navigate to Settings
- Click Duplicate Chatbot
- Enter a name for the copy
- Choose what to copy:
- Training content
- Appearance settings
- Custom responses
- Instructions and personas
- Click Create Duplicate
- Creating staging environments

- Deploying similar chatbots to different sites
Transferring chatbots
Transfer chatbot ownership to another team member:- Open the chatbot
- Navigate to Settings > Advanced
- Click Transfer Ownership
- Select the new owner from your team members
- Confirm the transfer
Only admins and super admins can transfer chatbot ownership.
Archiving chatbots
Instead of deleting, archive chatbots you’re not currently using:- Open the chatbot
- Navigate to Settings
- Click Archive Chatbot
- Confirm archiving
- Don’t count toward your chatbot limit
- Preserve all data and settings
- Can be restored at any time
- Don’t appear in your active chatbots list

- View available plans
