Find the link
Find the link you want to resync

Resync
Click the Resync button in the actions menu for that link

Wait for processing
The link will be reprocessed and your chatbot will be updated with the latest content
Filter and search options

Use the status filters to find specific links:
- All - View all links
- Trained - Successfully processed links
- Pending - Links currently being processed
- Failed - Links that encountered errors

Find the file you want to resync

Click the Resync button in the actions menu for that file

Wait for processing
The file will be reprocessed with the latest content
Auto-sync for automated updates
For links added via sitemap or multiple URLs, you can enable auto-sync to automatically keep your chatbot updated:1
Choose frequency
When adding links, select an Auto-sync frequency:
- Never (manual only)
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly

SiteGPT will automatically resync these links at the specified interval

Monitor jobs
View auto-sync jobs in the Auto-sync Jobs section to monitor automated updates

Monitoring sync status
Each data source shows its current status:
- Trained - Successfully processed and ready to use
- Pending - Currently being processed
- Failed - Encountered an error during processing
