November added a Usage page and moved GPT-4 chatbots to GPT-4 Turbo. You could also connect Box, Dropbox, and SharePoint, and upload audio files.

New

  • A new Usage page with daily charts of your GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 messages. See Manage billing.
  • Chatbots that use GPT-4 now use GPT-4 Turbo. New chatbots use GPT-4 by default. See Choose a model.
  • Train your chatbot on files from Box, Dropbox, and SharePoint. See Connect apps.
  • Upload audio files as content. See Upload files.
  • Open the chat window automatically after a delay. See Change how the chat widget looks.
  • Turn off follow-up suggestions. See Follow-up suggestions.
  • The chat widget has a Messages tab that shows the number of unread messages. The newest conversation is at the top.
  • A popup in the dashboard tells you when a conversation is escalated. See Notifications.
  • API: create a complete chatbot in one request, and set auto-open and follow-up suggestions. New message webhook events now include the message ID.

Improved

  • The billing page shows usage meters and your API key.

Fixed

  • Fixed webhook delivery.
