Zendesk AI agent on the Zendesk Marketplace
SiteGPT is now an official Zendesk Marketplace app. Install with OAuth,
and your chatbot answers inside Zendesk Messaging with human handoff —
and handback once an agent resolves — plus an admin preview and widget
parity: form-based lead collection, conversation starters, follow-ups,
and reactions. The previous Zendesk Chat integration is marked Legacy.

The pricing page gained an interactive calculator with a quota-split
slider to model your message mix across models. The split can be changed
later from your account.

A new JavaScript SDK command opens the chat with a
fresh conversation, flicker-free — useful for “start over” buttons on
your site.
Improvements
- Chat scroll stability: the conversation no longer jumps after a streamed answer finishes.
