June 2024 made it easier to act on new leads. You can forward them by webhook and email and choose who gets notified. Intercom also became a content source.

  • Forward leads: SiteGPT can send each new lead to a webhook and by email. See Send leads to other tools.
  • Lead notifications: new lead emails go to all chatbot members except agents. You can turn these emails on or off. See Notifications.
  • Intercom as a content source (later retired): you could train your chatbot on content from Intercom.
