The widget now emits lifecycle events — open, close, message sent, and
more — that you can capture in Google Tag Manager, GA4, or custom
JavaScript to measure chat engagement in your own analytics. See

New API v2 endpoints to transfer chatbot ownership and to add a team
member directly, without the email invite flow.
Improvements
- Privacy: the public chatbot payload no longer exposes the owner’s email or notification recipients’ emails to visitors.
- Mobile fullscreen safe area: the widget respects the iPhone status-bar safe area, so the chat header is never obscured in fullscreen.
- Better webpage extraction: URL ingestion switched to an improved extraction engine for cleaner knowledge from your pages.
- Free tools bot protection: the free tools now include a quick human-verification check to stop scraping abuse.
- Integrations list corrected: marketing pages show the accurate set of supported integrations and data sources.
