The chat widget now sends events that you can track in your own analytics tools. API v2 can now transfer a chatbot and add a team member directly.

  • The widget sends lifecycle events, for example when the chat opens or a message is sent. Track them in Google Tag Manager, GA4, or your own JavaScript. See Tracking events.
  • API v2 can transfer chatbot ownership to another user. See Make your first API calls.
  • API v2 can add a team member to a chatbot without an email invitation.
