Before you start
- Account: billing belongs to your own SiteGPT account. It is not part of a chatbot, and team member roles do not give access to it.
- Plan details: for what each plan includes, see Plans and limits. For prices, see sitegpt.ai/pricing.
Where to find billing
In the top navigation, select Billing. The Plans & Billing page opens.- If you have a plan and a chatbot is open, the same links are named Your Account and Your Usage.
- Each person sees only their own plan and billing. If you are a member of someone else’s chatbot, you do not see their plan.
- If you have never had a plan and you only work on chatbots that other people own, you do not see Billing or Usage in the navigation. You see Start Trial instead.
