# Analytics

> See how your chatbot performs: trends, the engagement funnel, conversation insights, and a weekly digest.

**Analytics** shows you what your chatbot is actually doing for your
business: how many conversations it handles, what visitors ask about, how
conversations end, and where your knowledge base has gaps.

Open it from the chatbot sidebar. Pick a date range at the top right; every
card on the page follows it.

## At a glance

The top of the page is available on every plan:

* **Stat tiles.** Conversations, AI replies, visitors, and leads for the
  selected period.
* **Engagement funnel.** Widget opens, then conversations started, then
  leads collected, each stage showing its share of the stage above. It
  answers "of everyone who opened the widget, how many actually talked to
  the bot, and how many left contact details?"

## Daily trends

Charts break the same numbers down day by day, so you can see spikes,
quiet weekends, and the effect of changes you make. Available on
**Growth and above**; on Starter the page shows your real totals with the
charts blurred until you upgrade.

## Conversation insights

AI-classified top topics, conversation outcomes, and top questions live
on this page too, for **Scale and above**. They have their own guide:

## Weekly digest

A Monday-morning email with last week's numbers, top topics, and
unanswered questions, for **Growth and above**. Details:

## What the plan terms mean

The pricing page groups these features under three names. Here is
exactly what each name includes, and nothing else.

### Basic analytics

Included on **every plan, including Starter**: the stat tiles
(conversations, AI replies, visitors, and leads) and the engagement
funnel. That is the complete list for Starter.

### Advanced analytics

Included on **Growth and above**: everything in basic analytics, plus
the daily trend charts, CSV export of your data, knowledge gaps with
one-click Q\&A fixes, and the weekly email digest.

### AI conversation insights

Included on **Scale and above**: everything in advanced analytics,
plus AI-classified top topics, conversation outcomes (resolved by AI,
handed off, negative sentiment), and top questions grouped by meaning.

These three names cover every analytics feature SiteGPT has. There are
no separate ticket-deflection, satisfaction-score, or resolution-time
metrics beyond the outcomes listed above.
