### Improvements

* **Custom fields in lead webhooks**: lead webhook payloads now include the custom fields you collect, not just name, email, and phone.
* **Auto-sync job status**: sync jobs that fail now show a failed state in the dashboard instead of appearing stuck.
* **Page size when adding links**: adding links shows per-page character counts, so you can see how much knowledge each page contributes.

### Bug fixes

* Fixed the lead form getting stuck loading and never escalating, the AI response hanging after a lead-form submission, and duplicate escalation emails when a lead was collected.
* Webhook settings now appear and are editable for every entitled team member, and a webhook delivery bug was fixed.
* Fixed the close button appearing on inline-embedded bots, stray expand/close icons after page navigation, and the SDK's programmatic message send failing while the chat window was closed.
