    SiteGPT is now an official Zendesk Marketplace app. Install with OAuth,
    and your chatbot answers inside Zendesk Messaging with human handoff —
    and handback once an agent resolves — plus an admin preview and widget
    parity: form-based lead collection, conversation starters, follow-ups,
    and reactions. The previous Zendesk Chat integration is marked Legacy.

    The pricing page gained an interactive calculator with a quota-split
    slider to model your message mix across models. The split can be changed
    later from your account.

### Improvements

* **Chat scroll stability**: the conversation no longer jumps after a streamed answer finishes.
* **Escalate on lead capture hardened**: made reliable across edge cases, completing March's race fix.

* The Freshdesk integration's video-tutorial button now opens the Freshdesk guide instead of the Crisp one.
